Brendon is an associate attorney at Wais, Vogelstein, Forman Koch & Norman who represents minor children injured as a result of obstetrical or neonatal malpractice. After taking the Bar Exam, Brendon worked as a Law Clerk at a medical malpractice defense firm in Denver, CO. He then worked as a legal malpractice attorney before realizing that he wanted to focus on health-related matters, specifically by dedicating his time to those impacted by medical negligence. Brendon is always eager to forge strong connections with his clients and aspires to learn something new every day.

Brendon is from Montgomery County, Maryland, and he graduated from Emory University in 2018 with a B.A. in Psychology & Linguistics and a minor in Philosophy. After college, Brendon worked as a consultant for a year, auditing mass-tort claims that involved complex medical issues. He then attended American University Washington College of Law, earning his J.D. in 2022. Throughout law school, Brendon was an avid member of the Administrative Law Review, serving as an Articles Editor and working closely with the Executive Board. In addition, during the fall 2021 semester, Brendon served as a student-attorney in the Community Economic and Equity Development Law Clinic, where he focused on public service, tax law, and business/non-profit law.

During his free time, you will probably find Brendon watching a sports game, especially if it involves the Commanders, Capitals, Nationals, or Wizards. Brendon also loves watching all kinds of movies, playing beach volleyball, planning events, and going to new restaurants.
