Wrongful death of 29 year old father of two due to hospital and physician failure to monitor and provide medical care for post-surgical fall, heart attack, and hemorrhage that caused his death
On 4/6/21 our client had successful abdominal surgery. While in surgical recovery, the hospital staff failed to properly monitor the Plaintiff and he fell out of bed. After falling out of bed, the attending physicians at U of I Hospital failed to diagnose and provide proper medical care for heart attack and hemorrhage caused by unstable blood counts that led to our client’s untimely death at 29.
This case is pending in Cook County, Illinois.
