Career History

Tarik D. Paul is an Associate Attorney at Wais, Vogelstein, Forman, Koch & Norman, LLC, specializing in birth injury and medical malpractice. He joined the firm in 2025.

Before joining WVFK&N, Mr. Paul completed a clerkship with the Honorable Judge Bibi M. Berry at the Montgomery County Circuit Court in Montgomery County, Maryland. During law school, he served as a staff editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and was active in the DEI Student Council, the Black Law Student Association, and the Intellectual Property Law Society.

Mr. Paul’s legal experience also includes a clerkship with the Delaware Superior Court and an internship with Paul Strauss and Associates. Prior to law school, he gained valuable experience in client relations and business development as an Account Executive and Sales Associate in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors.
